1. Slow down and consider what you really want. Honestly stop, and think. What is going to fuel you better?
2. Insead of going for the easier quicker most likely processed option and grab a drink such as water, coffee or tea. This will help curb your appetite for a better alternative as well as aid in digestion. 😊
3. Make yourself a meal, by the time your done cooking you may find you’re less hungry, or if not you’ll have a healthier meal that’ll be more satisfying or calorically lower.
Taking steps are hard. Building new habits and change are hard. The steps may be simple but that does not make it any more easier. Give yourself credit. Eventually it gets easier, you become better. 💪
